Reliance Steel has supported the power generation industry since 1979 with a full line of metal fabrications. We believe our ability to leverage our multi-faceted, firsthand experience in underwater operations and in the construction of power generating as well as our depth of experience, adds value to a wide range of companies.

The natural extension of this capability is in the support systems for wind turbines, photo voltaic arrays, solar hot water panels and electrical substation structures for the expanding renewable energy industry. The biomass facility at Middlebury College is a showcase example of our ability to provide “green” virtually 100% recyclable steel for these new technologies.
